Lifting Strength: Unknown, likely Class 1 ( Possibly comparable to the Swine King, although weaker than most of her peers)ĭurability: Small Building level (Can withstand attacks from Swine King) At least comparable to the Swine King who can swing his cleaver this fast) Speed: Supersonic (Comparable to the Man-at-Arms, who is this fast. Various other trinkets can also increase or reduce her stats), Improved Perception Manipulation and Status Effect Inducement (Witch's Vial improves her attacks' stun chance, Blasphemous Vial improves her ranged accuracy and Stun and Blight chance at the cost of increased stress.), Improved Healing (Ashen Distillation improves her Healing potency alongside her Blight chance and her dodging abilities), Improved Poison Manipulation and Acid Manipulation (Poisoned Herb greatly improves her Blight's potency at the cost of health), Improved Resistance to Disease Manipulation (Through Diseased Herb, Subject #40's Notes and many other trinkets), Stun, Debuff, and Bleed Inducement, Acid Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Fear Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, (Types 2 and 3), Mind Manipulation, Statistics Reduction, Curse Manipulation, and Poison Manipulation (Through various trinkets)Īttack Potency: Small Building level (Can kill the Swine King, who can swing his cleaver with this amount of force) The Plague Doctor can team up with anyone and go anywhere, making her one of the most versatile heroes on your roster.Camouflage (Various trinkets make it easier for the Plague Doctor to dodge attacks if the environment is relatively bright or very dark), Statistics Amplification and Statistics Reduction (The Rotgut Censer improves her accuracy at the cost of health, Bloody Herb increases her accuracy in melee, damage and chance to inflict bleeding, Subject #40's Notes increase her health and Dissection Kit improves her damage and bleed chance. The Plague Doctor also teams up well with heavy Bleeders such as the Jester and the Flagellant, as Bleed and Blight both stack and can stack together-crucial when facing foes with high Protection stats. The Grave Robber, in particular, has a move that deals extra damage to a Blighted foe, giving the two good synergy. Team her up with someone who can reduce the opponent's Blight resistance, such as the Grave Robber or the Antiquarian, to further increase her damage. Conversely, toxic places such as the Warrens and the Weald are more resistant to her Blights, but her Stuns and supporting moves make her viable anywhere. The Plague Doctor's passion for Blight attacks means that places such as the Ruins and the Cove are perfect hunting grounds for her since these opponents have low Blight resistance to counter their high Bleed resistance. Disorienting Blast clears corpses from the battlefield too, which is great when facing enemies such as the Hateful Virago, which can summon new enemies from old corpses.

It's never a bad idea to buy a free turn by Stunning an enemy, whether they be a heavy-hitting Ghoul or a stress-causing Madman. Her Stun moves, such as Disorienting Blast and Blinding Grenade, should definitely be considered as well. Since she can hit anywhere on the opponent's side through a combo of Plague Grenade and Noxious Blast, no enemy is safe.

Stacking Blight attacks (especially with Bleed attacks) can see a tough foe felled with ease. Blight damage, like Bleed damage, stacks and ignores enemy Protection. The lion's share of her moves inflict Blight, which is what you'll want to build around. Remember, while her healing moves are nice, they don't make the bulk of her move pool.
